100% Complete Disassembly
We completely disassemble and clean every remanufactured or repaired transmission to properly identify the root cause of a failure and potential future failures. Every unit is subjected to a failure analysis report to identify problems and clarify solutions.
Rebuilt Torque Converter
Centranz is one of the few companies in the world that rebuilds welded torque converter assemblies in-house for Volvo and ZF off-highway equipment. Our proprietary process ensures high quality and quick delivery.
Dyno Tested to Meet Specs
Every transmission is rigorously tested to comply with factory specifications to ensure it will work properly and reliably in the field. Dyno testing is completed using TestBox, our proprietary diagnostic tool. Even our competition swears by it.
Industry’s Best Warranty
A premier 24-month, unlimited-hour warranty is offered on all transmissions, drop boxes and differentials for Volvo articulated haulers as well as Volvo wheel loader transmissions. The standard warranty for other remanufactured transmissions is 12 months, 2,000 hours.

We have a full-service machine shop where we manufacture replacement parts and reclaim housings and costly hard parts as needed. This allows us to control costs without compromising quality.

Our late model CNC machines allow for us to provide numerous services, including: Blanchard Grinding; Surface Grinding; Gear Hobbing; Gear Shaping; Manual Turning; Manual Milling; Welding and Inspection.
Reverse Engineering Experts
Our process begins with a metallurgical analysis to ensure materials are equivalent or superior to OEM. We then utilize calibrated gauges and CMMs, with all turning and milling done on CNC machines.

We search worldwide to find OEM vendors. When we find companies that will produce OEM-quality parts at discounted rates, we pass these savings on through our competitive pricing.
