Inventory and Parts Specialist

Job Overview

Are you a multitasker, someone who thrives in chaos and is passionate about solving problems? Are you detail oriented and willing to work from the ground up for long-term growth?

The Inventory and Parts Specialist will be a member of the team responsible for picking items for sales orders and shop orders. From there, these items will be properly packaged and delivered. Additionally, this position will be responsible for shipping and receiving all small pack and LTL shipments. Attention to detail is critical. You will be the first and last line of defense.

Responsibilities
  • Manage pending orders throughout the order cycle from order activation to shipment.
  • Manage inbound receiving, ensuring timely receiving, accuracy and storage.
  • Fill customer orders accurately and send according to specifications.
  • Fill service department work orders and additional parts on demand.
  • Use a computer to generate shipping labels and interact with inventory database.
  • Quote, schedule and trace LTL freight.
  • Palletize outbound components.
  • Responsible for verifying accurate information across multiple departments.
  • Identify and address hot topics, resolving problems quickly with appropriate parties.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to operate a forklift is preferred.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Some experience handling LTL shipments is preferred.
  • Must be in good physical condition and able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Compensation

CNC Machinist/Operator

Job Overview

Are you someone who values precision and excels independently with minimum supervision? Do you welcome the idea of a diverse workload featuring short and long run production?

We are looking to add CNC lathe and mill machinists/operators to our first shift (8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.) and second shift (4 p.m.-2:30 a.m.). The second shift works four 10-hour shifts per week and earns a night premium. We manufacture hundreds of unique parts in our full-service machine shop using late model CNC equipment.

Requirements
  • Perform own setups following setup procedures (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of G-Code programming (preferred).
  • Utilize measuring equipment in support of quality requirements.
  • Machine parts to tolerance by observing operation and making necessary machine offset adjustments, cutter changes and self-inspection.
  • Communicate any discrepancies in machining to manufacturing supervisor.
  • Must possess own tools. Shop provides some specific larger mics, etc.
  • Be able to read and interpret blueprints.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred.
  • Setup and live tooling experience preferred.
  • Okuma OSP and Fanuc control experience preferred.
  • Must be in good physical condition. Should be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and stand most of the day.
