We specialize in 6WG200, 6WG210, 6WG260 and 6WG310 ZF transmissions for such Terex articulated trucks as TA30, TA300, TA400, TA25, TA35 and TA40. With 30+ years of experience in manufacturing aftermarket parts for ZF transmissions, Centranz Inc. has acquired a great deal of information on manufacturing processes and standards. At Centranz, we begin by completely disassembling the transmission and all shafts, clutch packs and valves to inspect and prepare the transmission to be remanufactured. We have a full-service machine shop where we manufacture replacement parts and reclaim housings and costly hard parts as needed. Every transmission is then rigorously tested to comply with factory specifications to ensure it will work properly and reliably in the field. Some of the parts we manufacture include valve bodies, seal kits, pistons, plates, oil pans, gears, flanges, pump assemblies, and drop boxes.
Our full-service CNC Machine Shop can rebuild Allison torque converters and bring them back to factory specs.
